Line Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes following our recipes and portion sizes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook food according to menu specifications.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workspace.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with wages DOE.
