Position: Line Cook

Reports To: Senior Sous Chef

Summary: The Line Cook supports kitchen operations by preparing food, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring cleanliness. This role assists the Senior Sous Chef and helps deliver excellent dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards
• Organize workstations and manage food prep efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food storage
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and stock control
• Support team during busy periods and communicate with kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Strong teamwork and attention to detail
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for cooking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or culinary training
• Prior experience as a Line Cook in hospitality or a high-quality restaurant

Pay: $20/hour
