At Hash House A Go Go, we don’t just cook food, we build plates that turn heads and start conversations. We’re looking for a Line Cook who thrives in a high-energy kitchen where creativity meets precision and every dish leaves the pass looking legendary.

If you move fast, think sharp, and take pride in every plate you send out, you’ll fit right in. This is a role for someone who treats the line like a stage and every service like showtime.

What You’ll Do

• Own your station during high-volume service while staying cool, focused, and dialed in
• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and broiler
• Execute recipes with consistency while maintaining our signature oversized, elevated presentation
• Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and visual impact
• Keep your station stocked, prepped, and service-ready at all times
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards like second nature
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift
• Handle food storage, rotation, and labeling with precision
• Support prep and team needs during slower periods
• Close down your station properly and contribute to a strong team finish
• Bring ideas, energy, and a team-first mindset to every shift

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
• At least 6 months in a similar line cook role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with BOH and FOH teams
• A sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
• A sharp eye for detail, especially in plating and presentation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A positive attitude and a passion for food, teamwork, and growth
