Line Cook

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional line cooks who will be an integral part of a fast paced kitchen environment. A positive and problem solving attitude is most important. We value training and evolving in a team environment.

Duties

• prep work, which involves the entire kitchen of cooks
• depending on experience, cooks may start in the pantry with potential to move on to the hot line
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to prepare meals efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues.
