From handcrafted tacos and street-style snacks to signature entrées and sauces made from scratch, we’re passionate about food and culture. We're currently looking for skilled and motivated Cooks to join our growing kitchen team.

Job Summary:

As a Cook at Cabos Cantina, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen preparing fresh, flavorful modern Mexican dishes. You’ll be responsible for executing recipes, maintaining high food quality and presentation, and keeping your station clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Cabos’ modern Mexican recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, flavor, and presentation are consistently excellent
• Follow prep lists and maintain proper food storage and labeling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries
• Work efficiently and communicate clearly with fellow kitchen staff and FOH team
• Follow all food safety and health department standards
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of line cook or kitchen experience (Mexican or Latin cuisine a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
