Line Cook

30 Park Restaurant and Bar is looking for a Line Cook to join our team!

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and refining existing recipes to enhance flavor and presentation.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple stations and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Use knife skills expertly to prepare ingredients quickly and safely for various dishes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
• Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills and meal preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and learning.
