Calling Experienced Chefs! Have you considered the private club industry? One of the major perks of having a Spanish Oaks membership (besides access to the award-winning golf course) is the hospitality that we provide in the clubhouse. Our culinary team is incredible, our service staff truly enjoys putting on a good show, and we care about doing things right. Our patrons are always familiar faces and invited friends, which takes typical restaurant service to a completely different level. We know our members, and we like them, and that makes Spanish Oaks a truly unique place to work.

We’re looking for people who enjoy creating an exquisite dining experience day in and day out. We want team members who hold themselves to a higher standard and will help raise the bar with our food program. We aim to be the #1 club in Texas for service and hospitality, and no such list exists yet, but when it does, Spanish Oaks will be on it. We have a fine-dining caliber menu 3 nights a week, but also breakfast and lunch 6 days a week, food delivery around the course, and a full event calendar with holiday themed parties, wine events, tournament lunches, rehearsal dinners, ladies karaoke night and many others… we stay busy.

We’re currently hiring for the role of: Line Cook

We are looking for a Line Cook with at least 5 years fine dining and banquet experience, and club experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have open availability, expansive knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines, a great attitude and possess great people skills.
