What they need
Ivy & Oak is a new daily brunch restaurant built on from-scratch cooking — bold, elevated
comfort food like fried lobster, creole seafood grits, stuffed buttermilk pancakes, and hot
honey fried chicken biscuits. We’re a 35-seat house running daily brunch service, and we’re
hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities
-Execute menu items to spec during fast-paced daily brunch service
-Work griddle, fryer, and sauté stations
-Keep a clean, organized station and follow food safety standards
-Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service
Requirements
-Prior restaurant line cook experience
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Passion for from-scratch cooking
-Reliable and team-oriented
