What You’ll Be Doing

As a Line Cook at Pilis Party Tacos #1, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional flavors our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during peak hours.
• Shifts will be split amongst Walnut Street Store Front and in the Truck for events.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar role.
• Availability to work weekends, with preference for evening or third shifts.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A commitment to teamwork and a passion for creating great food.
• A proactive and dependable work ethic.
