Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and service of the meals according to the specified standards of quality and customer service.
• Production of raw ingredients and daily inventory.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Properly storing food items and able to follow FIFO.
• Ensuring that food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at all times.

Qualifications:

• Able to comply valid Health Card and Food Safety Seminar Certificate.

• Clean and neat appearance (haircut, nails).

• Available to work shifting schedule, weekends, public holidays, overtime as needed.

• 2+ years experience as a Line Cook in restaurant industry or prior experience in a similar position.

• Quick to understand and follow standardized recipes.

• Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to collaborate with colleagues.
