URGENTLY HIRING: LINE COOK

Location: Makati City

JOB SUMMARY:

The Line Cook is a core member of the production kitchen team responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food items at a designated station during service. This role demands speed, precision, recipe adherence, and the ability to perform consistently under the pressures of a busy service environment. The Line Cook is expected to take ownership of their area, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to the team's collective output.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in salad/pastry station is required.
• Culinary diploma or vocational cooking training preferred; TESDA NC II an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Food safety handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficiency in basic to intermediate cooking techniques across relevant station
• Understanding of food safety, temperature control, and proper storage procedures
• Physical stamina to stand, move, and work actively for 8+ hours
• Ability to work accurately under service pressure
• Good communication within the kitchen team
• Attention to detail in portioning and presentation
