Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working all stations and can handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Work efficiently during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and closing duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years line cook experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Calm under pressure and efficient during busy services
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
