Line Cook

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join the TapNPaddes team. We are looking for someone with a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest quality and standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages or needs to Kitchen Leads.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at a time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
