Busy, award winning, neighborhood restaurant seeking experienced Line cooks
Be able to set up all menu prep and execution
Manage inventory and supply needs
Maintain a positive attitude and promote a respectful work environment
Ensure high food quality and consistency of dishes
Ensure a clean and organized kitchen and prep space
Demonstrate safe food handling procedures such as dating, labeling, and rotating
Be able to safely operate and clean all kitchen equipment
Strong knife skills
Salary negotiable based on experience.
