We are a fast-growing company with continued expansion plans and are looking for someone to help our kitchen and ensure the highest quality of food for our guests.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team at Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. **Duties:**

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes and menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Assist with food preparation and presentation, including plating and garnishing.

• Support the kitchen team in meeting service standards and deadlines.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• Communicate effectively with the restaurant team, including servers, bussers, and management.

• Assist with banquet and special event services, including set up, service, and clean up.

• Perform additional duties as required, such as food inventory management and kitchen maintenance.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and communication.

• Ability to help with food preparation and presentation, as well as bussing and cleaning duties.

• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knives, pots, and pans.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
