Built in the family community of Westman Village, Mahogany, Chairman's Steakhouse is seeking a Line Cook ready to take on the task of bringing it to life.

Be sure to include the size of the operations you have previously been employed with.

ABOUT THE JOB

Position: Line Cook

This is a full time permanent position in the evenings.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook full course meals
• Make adjustments as necessary for patrons with allergies, intolerance or social diets
• Ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent
• Follow all recipe and presentation specifications
• Work with specialized cooking equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards
• Clean and maintain station with good safety and sanitation
• Open to learning and developing culinary skills

Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to SE Calgary
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate well with back of house and front of house staff
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant is required
