Role Overview

TRiBE is looking for passionate and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team for our exciting new restaurant opening. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards (SOP)
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Ensure the kitchen station is clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup before service
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Assistant preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Passion for cooking and quality ingredients

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
