Line Cook

Overview:
2G Brothers Pizza is seeking a skilled, motivated Line Cook to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in their craft. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in line cooking who is ready to lead by example, mentor team members, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:
Kitchen Operations

• Prepare and cook high-quality food items including sandwiches, salads, wraps, pasta, and appetizers
• Hand-stretch dough and build pizzas using traditional New York-style techniques
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and prep standards throughout the shift
• Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste

Inventory & Ordering

• Assist with inventory tracking and prep planning
• Help place and receive food and supply orders
• Ensure products are rotated, labeled, and stored properly

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in pizza making or high-volume line cooking
✅ Experience leading a team or managing a shift preferred
✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills
✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy service times
✅ Must be available nights and weekends

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
