Line Cook

A new chef-driven restaurant in Buffalo is building its opening kitchen team and is seeking Line Cooks who care about technique, consistency, organization, and the quality of the food they put on the plate.

Our menu is rooted in classic French cooking, with a strong emphasis on proper technique, scratch preparation, seasonality, and disciplined execution.

This is not a high-volume corporate line-cook position. We are looking for cooks who want to work with quality ingredients, develop their technique, and be part of building a serious kitchen from the ground up.

• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking fundamentals
• Comfortable working sauté, fry, garde manger, or other stations
• Ability to follow recipes, specifications, and plating standards precisely
• Strong mise en place and station organization
• Clean and disciplined working habits
• Ability to maintain quality during a busy service
• Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a brigade
• Willingness to learn classical French techniques and our kitchen systems

French cuisine experience is a plus but is not required. Strong cooks with the right attitude and fundamentals will be considered.
