• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timely service
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, within a restaurant .
• Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient portioning
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
