Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, work well in a team, and be dependable. This role requires diligence and a positive attitude, contributing to our dynamic and enjoyable kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to The Mill Tavern’s standards of quality and freshness.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all dishes are prepared promptly.
• Contribute to a positive and fun team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and dependable individual.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must have a car as there is no bus service to our location.
