Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality
• Prep and stock stations with necessary items
• Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized work environment
• Assist in cleaning and deep cleaning the kitchen

Requirements

• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations
• Attention to detail and capability of following recipes as designed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle simultaneous tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
