We are seeking a clean dedicated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Be self motivated.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate meal preparation for catering events.
• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
• Be able to follow direction.

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required, experience as a Line Cook or in other culinary roles within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
