We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend service
• Set up and stock the kitchen line before each shift
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and food quality
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed
• Properly store and label food products
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well with a team
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
