Line Cook

Line Cook – Salad/Fryer Station

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position will primarily work the salad and fryer station, with the ability to step into saute as needed during service.

Responsibilities:

• Execute salads, cold items, and fryer items to recipe and presentation standards
• Support the Executive Chef during service Cook proteins and fish properly to temperature and doneness
• Maintain consistent portioning, seasoning, and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team Learn and work multiple stations as needed
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and direction consistently

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of proper meat temperatures and cooking techniques
• Experience cooking fish and seafood
• Basic saute skills and ability to step into the station when needed
• Ability to execute multiple tickets while maintaining quality and consistency
• Willingness to learn multiple stations
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction Previous line cook experience preferred

This is a part time pm position. Expected hours per week 25-30.

Starting pay 21/hr plus tips.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
