Job Summary

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards. Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors.
• Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients properly to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with meal assembly, plating, and portion control to ensure consistency across all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation times and ensure smooth service flow.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry.
• Experience with catering or large-scale meal preparation can be beneficial.
• Understanding of safety standards in food production and adherence to recipe specifications are important.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality food standards.
