Half Shell Dockside is hiring a Line Cook to join our kitchen team!

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking cook who can keep up in a fast-paced restaurant environment while consistently putting out great food. If you take pride in your work, work well with a team, and know your way around a busy kitchen, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services
• Communicate and coordinate with other members of the kitchen team
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup
• Help the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform typical kitchen duties
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
