Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food quality and customer service. The Kitchen Team Member will support meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Duties

• Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to recipes and standards
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during food handling
• Support cooking processes, including basic cooking tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers following safety guidelines
• Serve food to customers or assist in serving areas when required
• Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation is advantageous
• Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen equipment
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
• Food industry experience or background in food safety is a plus
