What they need
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, Commis, or in a similar role within a restaurant, café, bistro, or hotel kitchen.
- Proficient in basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and station management.
- Ability to prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform efficiently during high-volume service periods.
- Experience in mise en place, station setup, ingredient preparation, and maintaining organized workstations.
- Understanding of kitchen operations, workflow, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining consistency in food quality and portioning.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization in accordance with company and health standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift kitchen supplies, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for food, continuous learning, and professional growth within the culinary industry.
- Can start ASAP and willing to work in Metro Manila
