Job Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Line Cook with experience using a wok to join our team and help bring our culinary vision to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with the menu and recipes provided, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
• Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth food production

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook with wok experience or relevant position in a restaurant or food service establishment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
