What You’ll Do
- Cook and plate a tight menu with speed and consistency
- Work grill / flat top / fry in a fast-paced bar environment
- Keep a clean, organized station in an open kitchen
What We’re Looking For
- Line cook experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Pride in execution and attention to detail
- Reliable, calm under pressure, team-first
