Line Cook

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and working closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in creating great food and experiences for our guests.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations
• Set up and stock assigned station before service
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and timing throughout service
• Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced kitchen team
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products
• Monitor food levels and communicate prep or ingredient needs to the kitchen team
• Assist with daily prep, receiving deliveries, and general kitchen organization
• Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized throughout the shift
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients responsibly
• Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and management during service
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
