Line Cook

Tony D's is an old-school Italian sub shop in downtown St. Pete, built on family tradition and quality ingredients. We're hiring a Hot Line Cook who takes pride in consistent, high-quality food at every hour of service.

What you'll do

• Cook and assemble hot menu items to recipe and portion standards
• Run flat top and fryer stations during high-volume lunch and late-night service
• Prep, label, date, and rotate product for your station
• Keep food at safe holding temperatures and your station inspection-ready
• Clean and break down equipment safely at close
• Support prep and other stations as needed

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of line cook experience (flat top and fryer preferred)
• Speed and consistency under pressure
• Working knowledge of food safety (a Florida food handler card is a plus)
• Availability for nights, weekends, and late-night shifts
• A strong work ethic, positive energy, and a team-first attitude
