Line Cook

Mimi’s Pub is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team part-time!

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pub kitchen. The ideal candidate can confidently work the line, stay organized during busy shifts, and consistently prepare quality food.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Working efficiently on the line during busy service
• Completing food prep and portioning
• Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Completing opening and closing kitchen duties
• Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Assisting with general kitchen duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of line cook experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or pub kitchen
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Knowledge of proper food handling and kitchen sanitation
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Evening and weekend availability
