Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Perform food handling tasks, including proper storage of ingredients

Skills

• Proven experience in the culinary field, pizza making experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food service operations
