Key Responsibilities Food Preparation

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared consistently in quality, taste, and presentation.
• Set up and stock assigned cooking stations before service.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and seasonings.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; vocational or culinary training is an advantage.
• With experience as a Line Cook, Cook, Wok Cook, or Kitchen Cook.
• Experience in a Chinese or Taiwanese restaurant is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Chinese/Taiwanese ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in using a wok and steamer is an advantage.
• Familiar with preparing dishes such as stir-fried dishes, noodles, fried rice, soups, dumplings, steamed dishes, and other Chinese/Taiwanese menu items.
• Knowledge of proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow standard recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Good teamwork, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.

Pay: From Php750.00 per day
