What they need
A high volume downtown steakhouse is seeking experienced line cooks to join the crew for the busy season. We are looking for cooks proficient on the following stations:
-Saute
-Grill
-Pantry
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Arrive to work punctually
Follow instructions provided by chefs
Prepare station mise according to recipes to stock line
Maintain station with fresh product
Fulfill guests orders per specifications
Work as a part of a team
Maintain high sanitation standards, personal hygiene and professional appearance
Shift start time would be 2:00-3:00PM
Open availability required

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
