The Social Kitchen & Cocktails is a high-volume, scratch kitchen serving elevated comfort food in a Northwoods-modern setting. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Line Cook who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to execute, and understands that consistency matters.

What You’ll Do

• Execute menu items accurately and efficiently during lunch and dinner service
• Work stations including sauté, grill, fry, and cold line as assigned
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe station at all times
• Assist with prep, stocking, and daily kitchen opening/closing duties
• Communicate clearly with the team and expo during service
• Support a respectful, drama-free kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For

• Line cook experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong sense of urgency, time management, and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are non-negotiable
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
