Passerelle Bistro is hiring a Line Cook for our kitchen in Falls Park, at the base of Liberty Bridge.

We sit on the banks of the Reedy River in downtown Greenville. The patio looks out on the falls. Inside, it’s a compact, from-scratch kitchen: local produce, whole proteins, stocks, sauces, and prep that starts in-house—not out of a bag.

This is a line job with a consistent weekly schedule at a company that values work/life balance.

What you’ll do

• Run a station during service
• Cook from scratch and finish plates to spec
• Prep for the shift and keep your station stocked and clean
• Hold temps, sanitation, and food-safety standards
• Close your station and help the kitchen reset

What we’re looking for

• 1–2+ years on a line in a busy restaurant
• Solid knife work, timing
• Experience in a from-scratch or farm-to-table kitchen is a plus
• Availability for a set mix of days, nights, weekends, and brunch
• Ability to stand a full shift, lift 50+ lbs
• Team first. Clean as you go. No drama.
• ServSafe preferred
