Prose Kitchen & Bar is looking for a strong, dependable cook to join our kitchen team with a focus on weekend brunch.

Schedule
Saturday & Sunday – Brunch service
Friday – Light prep for weekend brunch
Possible Thursday PM dinner shift for the right person

This is a great position for someone looking for a consistent 2–4 day schedule.

• Solid line cook experience
• Comfortable working a busy brunch service
• Strong egg cookery and breakfast fundamentals
• Good knife skills and prep organization
• Clean, fast and consistent
• Reliable and on time
• Works well with a small, professional kitchen team

Our food is chef-driven, seasonal and made from scratch. We care about technique, organization and putting out food we’re proud of.

Availability Saturday and Sunday is required.

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
