LINE COOK – DISPENSINGJOB DESCRIPTION

The Line Cook – Dispensing is responsible for preparing, portioning, dispensing, and assembling food products according to approved recipes, portion standards, and company procedures. Must strictly follow food safety, sanitation, quality, and kitchen operating standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and dispense food items according to approved recipes and portion standards.
• Follow proper food preparation, handling, storage, and labeling procedures.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and proper presentation of food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned station and equipment.
• Monitor ingredients and report shortages, spoilage, or quality concerns immediately.
• Properly operate and maintain dispensing and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper food storage procedures.
• Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company SOPs.
• Report equipment issues, food safety concerns, and operational problems immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of experience as a Line Cook, Cook, or similar kitchen position.
• Knowledge of food preparation, portioning, and basic kitchen operations.
• Familiar with food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Able to follow recipes, standards, and instructions strictly.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
