Line Cook

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join our team in a dynamic culinary environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and experience in the food industry.

Hours Required:

Wednesday - Saturday Dinner service only 3-9.30pm.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service setting
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus
