Line Cook

Bloom is looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality, thoughtful dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety guidelines
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
• Assist with specials, seasonal menu items, and occasional catering events
• Monitor product levels and help maintain kitchen organization

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Availability for evenings and weekends
