Mimi’s on Lincoln is hiring an experienced Line Cook for our fast-paced breakfast and lunch café. This is a full-time, daytime position with competitive pay, tips, benefits, and growth opportunity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years line cook experience (required)
• Strong knife skills
• Proven time management skills
• Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean station
• Dependable and punctual
• Experience in high-volume breakfast or lunch service preferred
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities

• Execute breakfast and lunch service efficiently and consistently
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of station
• Follow recipes and plating standards
• Assist with prep and daily kitchen setup
• Contribute creative ideas for daily and weekly specials
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Maintain health and safety standards
