Line Cook

We are looking for experienced and motivated culinary employees for upscale setting to prepare and cook food items in cooperation with the rest of the culinary staff in a fast paced environment while following quality and sanitation under proper food safety standards.

Skills:

Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of preparing ingredients, proven cooking experience including experience as line chefs, knowledge of cooking methods, knowledge of ingredients and use of equipment Must have speed and accuracy in executing assigned tasks.

Will answer, report and follow executive chef or sous chef’s instructions Must maintain a positive and professional approach with coworker and guest Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, able to stand for long periods, and be able to work in hot environment, be available for AM and PM shift Monday Through Sunday

Full time employment

Food Service Managers certification a plus
