What they need
Dormy is hiring an experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in great food, works well under pressure, and helps keep service running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook dishes to Dormy’s standards
- Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service
- Keep your station clean, organized, and food safe
- Communicate with the kitchen team to support efficient service
- Help with prep, inventory, and closing duties as needed
What we’re looking for
- Previous line cook experience in a busy kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a team-first approach
- Ability to stay organized and work calmly during busy service
- Food safety knowledge; certification is a plus
