What You'll Do

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the highest quality meals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including seafood, steaks, chops, and pasta, to perfection.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring ingredients are properly stocked and stored.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• A passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various cooking techniques.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards.
