We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grill/Flat Top Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality grilled and flat top dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled and flat top menu items with precision and consistency
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill and flat top stations throughout your shift
• Ensure food safety protocols are strictly adhered to during food handling, storage, and preparation
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas based on ingredient availability and customer preferences
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timely service
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role, preferably in fine dining or restaurant settings
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Experience with meal preparation, catering, and food service operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests
• Familiarity with dietary department procedures, menu planning, and dietary aide experience is a plus
