Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience with steaks & seafood and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong desire to produce exceptional food. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Adapt to changing menus and special requests from guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
