Line cook

Job Overview
We are seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen. Need availability for days, nights and weekends. Looking for full and part time positions. Schedules will vary with daytime, swing, and closing shifts. Must have a sense of pride in making food to recipe, keeping kitchen clean and the ability to work with FOH staff.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including all cooking equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Maintain communication with front-of-house staff to coordinate orders effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry is welcomed, but not required.
• knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Sense of urgency in producing great looking food in the required time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
